THIS IS SO FRIGGING COOOOOL.
HOW TO LOSE FATSSSS:
Eat more fre*uently. smaller meals.
W smaller servings, your stomach shrinks and u get full faster.
Digesting burns alot of calories, so eat more and burn more. (as in eat more smaller meals)
When u eat a larger meal, the body takes what it needs, THEN THE REST TURNS TO FATS. gosh.
Eat 2 hours before bed.

Dont spam crunches etc.
Do the same exercise for fifteen mins max.
Rest for 2-3 mins. then do again :D
Do aerobic & anaerobic exercises.
hahaha so cool ok i shall go do the anaerobic now.
