I did something retarded ttm.
There was mud on the sole of my shoe.
So i started to hit the floor w the side of my foot to shake the mud off.
And i twisted my ankle.
Training made it worse so now i cant walk properly w/o ankle guard.
Dont you think that was stupid?
I own huiping leh! She stand and sprain, i sit also can sprain!!
I love trainings, they're so exciting.
Sharon made qianhui they all do this really tiring thing.
Something like squats. But i cant do cause i got locked knees.
I think? HAHA WATCH THEM SUFFER.
I did abit. like 40. They did 120.
